Professionals Nelson Samuel Galvis Torres
Was born in the municipality of La Playa de Belén in Norte de Santander. A law graduate, he turned to audiovisual work after experiencing an existential crisis that led to a complete shift in his life. He graduated with honors from the School of Film and Television at the National University of Colombia and is a candidate for a Master's in Art History and Theory at the same university. He is part of the Colfuturo talent incubator due to his commendable academic performance. He writes reviews for the Spanish website Cinemaldito and works as a general producer for the production company Los niños SAS.
As a filmmaker, he considers the persistence of critical thinking essential, using art to enrich society's perceptions of the various issues faced daily in the Latin American and hypermodern context.
