The Andimotion Festival focuses on promoting emerging animation, especially from students and new talent in Colombia and Latin America. Its program includes animated shorts, video games, virtual reality, and digital design. It awards prizes in several categories and encourages encounters between young creators and industry professionals.

Andy Garnica Iriarte, an animator from Cochabamba, trained at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona and Maneki in Peru, with more than 15 years of experience in the audiovisual field. In 2009, he released his first short film, which received the Átalo en corto award from Spain and the Alliance Française of Bolivia. Over the years, Moushon Studios has established itself as a producer of animation and audiovisual content. In 2018, he received the Eduardo Abaroa Award for his short film Chillina, which opened the doors to the collaborative Argentine short film Migrante, involving 11 Latin American countries, which was screened at the Annecy Festival in France. In recent years, with Moushon Studios, he directed two institutional animated series in Peru and Mexico.
